✅ Requirements

  • Registration through MetLife’s ePayment Center

  • Valid banking information

🧭 Steps

  1. Visit the MetLife ePayment Center registration page.

  2. When prompted “Do you have a registration code?”, select No.

  3. Fill out the form to request a registration code.

  4. Within ~48 hours, you will receive an email from [email protected] with your code and login instructions.

  5. Log into the ePayment Center and create your password.

  6. Enter your banking info and electronically sign the User Agreement.

💡 Notes

  • This method bypasses Zelis and offers no-fee ACH payments for MetLife claims.

  • You'll also be able to view payment history and download ERAs (PDF or 835 formats).
